Return & Refund Policy

Damage/Defective Product

Requests for the return/exchange of defective/damaged products must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the order. If a product is defective, we will provide a replacement. We may include a replacement item(s) in your next shipment (if applicable). We require a photo of the product received and the airway bill attached when raising a return or refund. Please get in touch with us at beauhyggeco@gmail.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

Change of mind

We do not allow the return of your excess or leftover inventory. Due to the nature of our products, used candles can not be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases. If you had chosen the incorrect item or made an error with your purchase, we might consider offering a store coupon for up to 50% of the product purchase price, depending on the situation. The item must be returned in its original status (Items remain unused with packaging not torn); The return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. You will receive the coupon (notify via email) 5-7 working days after we receive the return of your items. Return requests are not permitted within 48 hours after receiving.

Cancellation of Orders

Requests to cancel orders must be submitted in writing and emailed to beauhyggeco@gmail.com with all transaction details. If the shipment has already been dispatched, you will have to pay to return the items. Approval of cancellation will be reviewed case by case.
